 How do I find and book a hotel?

You have 3 possibilities:

1. Online
Search and book your hotel using our site, which is easy to use, fast and secure. Use our search engine, located on the home page to indicate your desired destination, the date of your arrival and your depature date. Then, click on "Search." You may then choose your hotel from the list that is displayed. If you wish to modify your search, to change your destination for example, use the search tool at the left of the page. To find out features of a hotel, click on "Details". Some establishments even allow you to take a virtual tour! When you have made your choice, click on "Reserve." All that is left to do is to check the details of your booking and to indicate your personal details with some simple and secure steps. We then send you an e-mail which summarizes all the information about your booking request. Finally, you will receive by e-mail, or fax if you wish, your stay voucher which you will give to the receptionist of the hotel upon arrival.

2. By phone on +44 20 70 99 20 80 (no premium rate)
You can contact our travel consultants directly by telephone, no matter what language you speak (French, English, German, Italian...). We dedicate a team of travel consultants to helping you reserve your hotel stay. In just a few minutes, a consultant will be able to put a reservation on your hotel by telephone. 3. By fax
You can send a fax to request a reservation. To make this request, first find the hotel where you wish to stay by using our search engine located on the home page. Indicate your destination, your date of arrival and date of departure, then click on the "Search" button. A list of hotels is then displayed. Click on "Details" to discover the hotel's features. Once you've made your choice, click on "Reserve by fax" on the page with the hotel's description. All you need to do then is to complete the form which is displayed, print it, and fax it to the number indicated.

 How may I find out if my hotel is in the city center, or near any tourist attractions?

  • To help you make up your mind, each hotel is presented in detail with photos, descriptions, geographic locations, services, facilities, environment, rates, and more. Some hotels even allow you to take a virtual tour!

 Is the rate shown per person or per night?

  • All rates shown on our site are per room/night, except where it is stated otherwise.

 How much is the occupancy tax and is it included in the room rate?

  • The amount of the occupancy tax varies depending on the category of the hotel (around 1 euro average/person/night). This tax is included in the total amount of the reservation. Therefore, you don't have to pay this tax on the spot at the hotel.

 How will I be notified that my reservation is confirmed?

  • After following some simple steps for the online reservation, you will be sent an e-mail that summarizes all the information concerning your reservation. Afterwards, your voucher will be sent to you by e-mail, or fax if you wish.

 What documents do I have to present at the hotel reception?

  • When arriving at the hotel, you just present your voucher at the reception desk and sign the document sent by us. The voucher is the proof of your payment. You must also have an ID on you and your credit card (for possible extras).

 How can I modify my reservation? (dates, no. of people...)

 Can I cancel my reservation?
