In 1872 when the city walls were replaced by the grand Ringstrasse, the Palais Leitenberger and the Palais Henckel von Donnersmarck were built as detached family residences. Carefully restored so as to not lose any of their original splendour, these two palaces come together today as the 5 star Radisson SAS Palais Hotel in Vienna.
